A transformative three-part series designed to release physical and emotional tension by working with the body’s fascial lines and meridians through Yin Yoga and myofascial techniques.

  2. Front Fascial Line and Meridians: Open the front body for heart expansion and breath.

  3. Side Fascial Lines and Meridians: Release tension along the sides for fluidity and balance.
