Yin yoga is a slow-paced, meditative style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for extended periods of time. It targets the deep connective tissues of the body, including the fascia, ligaments, and tendons.

You will finish each session feeling relaxed and restored.

Cost: $75 for the 5 week term (only $15 per class)
