The “Mountain Studio”

Streamed live and recorded, you can join “the mountain” studio from the comfort of your own home. With the backdrop of rolling NSW countryside behind us and nature's orchestra to soothe our nervous systems, the mountain studio is unlike any other.

Here you can join me in live class. A container to experience the magic of chi, inner awareness and contemplation through the practices of breath, attention, stillness and movement along with a small dose of daily dharma.

If you can’t make the live class a recording will be sent to you so you can practice at your leisure.

Arrive and Settle Meditation

Arrive and Settle Meditation

Introducing the Arrive and Settle Meditation.

Meditation is an incredibly powerful and hugely beneficial practice, but lets face it - sometimes the idea of sitting down and observing the inner landscape when that landscape is busy, overwhelmed, stressed can feel like all your meditation is doing is amplifying those feelings.

Enter Arrive and Settle.

This meditation is designed to gather your attention and your breath together, giving your mind a place to be whilst you intentionally down regulate the nervous system into a state of rest. It “does what it says on the tin” - helps you arrive and settle within yourself.

This meditation is for all levels and can help you reset, calm down, find ease and can be the preparation to enter into a longer meditation.

Its a gift from me to you loves - free for you to download and incorporate in your daily practice.

Enjoy! M xx

The "No Eye Roll' Journaling Method

The "No Eye Roll' Journaling Method

Outside the realm of “dear diary ”

Loves - I get it. I used to be that person too - fuck journaling - that is not going to help me at all. That is for angsty teenagers and full blown hippies!

But what if I was to say to you that journaling can be one of the most powerful tools you have at your fingertips (literally) that can help you shape your future and reconcile the past...

  • A tool that can free you from your entrenched prejudices and preferences.

  • A tool to use to observe, release and create.

  • A tool for freedom?

I know that those above statements are true - but why take my word for it - why not try it out for yourself?

In this guide I give you three ways of effectively journaling that can shift your inner journey from confusion to clarity into action. And of course a little dab of education - cause hey - its me!

Enjoy! M xx
